By accessing or using PropFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. PropFlow is provided by Green Valley Developers for managing real estate leads, villa bookings, commissions, and customer payments.

PropFlow is intended for authorized users only, including administrators, sales teams, agents, finance staff, and registered customers. You must use the platform only for legitimate business activities related to property sales and customer management.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Villa availability, pricing, booking status, and payment schedules displayed in PropFlow are based on records maintained by the developer. Commission calculations follow configured rules and approved booking data.

Official receipts, agreements, and payment confirmations issued outside the platform remain the authoritative documents for legal and financial purposes.

PropFlow stores customer, agent, and transaction data required to operate the platform. Personal information is used to manage leads, bookings, payments, and communications. Access is restricted by role-based permissions.

We may update PropFlow features, demo data, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

PropFlow is provided on an "as is" basis for operational use. Green Valley Developers is not liable for indirect losses arising from temporary unavailability, data entry errors, or misuse of the platform by unauthorized users.
